At Modern Therapies LLC, we believe therapy should adapt to you—not the other way around. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, whether you're a teen navigating growing pains, an adult facing life’s transitions, or a couple working on connection and communication.

Session Rates:
The standard fee reflects the time, training, and care we bring to our work together. However, we also understand that therapy can be a financial commitment. That’s why we offer a limited number of sliding scale spots for clients who may need support accessing care.
